Are two different camps being offered?

YES!! 

Football Skills Camp is an all-day camp for ages 12-18 that will teach individual football and position specific drills, leadership skills and give the athletes a chance to learn from Collegiate FB Coaches as well as current and former NFL athletes and coaches.

All-Sports Performance Camp is a 2-hour camp for females and males designed to help improve and enhance overall power, speed, agility, strength, balance and mobility by working on running form, footwork fundamentals, movement flexibility and strength and conditioning.

Do I need to be at every workout?

Not necessarily, but it will greatly enhance your experience if you are!  

Is the Sports Performance Camp included in the Football Skills Camp?

YES!!  There are two different camps but the all-day football camp will also have a sports performance component to it.  

What should I bring?

Football Skills Camp

  • Turf and athletic shoes (non-metal cleats only)
  • Workout clothes
  • Helmet 
  • Jersey (any jersey if you have one)
  • Lunch/Snacks/Hydration

Sports Performance Camp

  • Turf and athletic shoes (non-metal cleats only)
  • Workout clothes
  • Snacks/Hydration

Will food and beverage be provided?

We will provide sports drinks, water and some snacks

Will there be a medic on site?

A certified athletic trainer will be on site, please make sure any pre-existing medical conditions and/or injuries have been reported to camp director and ATC.
